Once upon a time (just a month ago, but it felt like forever), these two people were in sync every day. It must have been around this time last year when they first got into that lift together. They didn't even know each other, but something completely paradoxical happened: they looked at each other and suddenly kissed. Not so passionately that day – just a small, fleeting, momentary, exploratory kiss. What else could they have done, after all, between two floors? one might wonder.

Then they opened the door, got out and went on with their lives as normal.

But every time they got into that lift together, the same thing happened. To be precise, not exactly the same thing, the kiss evolved day by day. At first it was more prolonged, then a little tongue, then a lot of tongue, squeezing, saliva, hugs, etc. And all this without exchanging a single word, they didn't even know each other's names or the tone of each other's voices. But they knew very well the feel of their lips, the power of their tongues, the rhythm of their breathing, the squeeze of their fingers on their faces. In short, everything that makes you know a person deeply.
